The online shop owned and operated by I.C.E sportswear is the official kit manufacturer and supplier to University Sport Sunderland (USS).

Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of ICE and USS. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose. The USS logo is copyrighted; any use of this logo is strictly prohibited unless consent is given in writing from the Director of Sport.
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
I.C.E Sport has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been accuratly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on collection. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I.C.E sports disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. I.C.E sport shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
ORDERING ERRORS
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on 'submit' on the final page of our ordering process.
COLLECTION OF GOODS
Orders will usually take 10-15 business days to complete. Once orders are complete you will be contacted by email and informed where you can collect your order.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once you have made your order you will receive a confirmation email from the shop, please keep this as a receipt of payment, please bring this with you when collecting your order.
CANCELLATION RIGHT
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods, providing the item/s ordered are not personalised (i.e sport, name and/or number).
PERSONALISATION
Any items that are personalized must be checked thoroughly by the purchaser before ordering. Spelling mistakes and errors cannot be altered after an order has been placed. Any errors made to personalization by the manufacturer will be corrected without charge. Offensive or vulgar names will not be accepted, anyone submitting any such information will have their order cancelled immediately.

LAW, JURISDICTION AND LANGUAGE
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
